Following the implementation of the Revised Uniform Regulation on Notarial Acts (RULONA) on October 26, 2017:
Starting October 26, 2017, all notaries – new and reappointed – should full a three-hour notary public schooling course accepted by the Division. The course should be accomplished throughout the six-month interval instantly previous software.
